Ursula (Hikie) Lorraine Springer, of Mantee, MS, passed away July 14, 2017. Hikie was a homemaker who loved attending to her home and family. Her primary hobbies were gardening, sewing, and reading.

She is survived by her son, Thomas (Tommy) J. Springer, of Mantee; daughter, Tammy Springer Howard, and son-in-law, Kirk Howard, of Dallas, TX; granddaughters, Laura Springer Andrews (David Bradley Andrews) of Mantee; Ashley Lorraine Howard and Amy Elise Howard, of Dallas TX; and brother, Tommy Davidson, of Maben, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tex (Sonny) J. Springer.

Hikie’s life will be celebrated during a graveside service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Mantee on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Brother Ken Hester will preside. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mantee Baptist Church.
