Polly Gaskin, 80, passed away on June 13, 2017 at her residence in Maben, MS. She was a member of Adaton Methodist Church and a retired dairy farmer and housewife. She loved fishing and most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Lee Kendall and Vera Wilson Kendall; sons, Eddie Gaskin and Lee Junior Gaskin; and sisters, Corlee Miller and Racheal Cummins.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert Gaskin; sons, Joe Gaskin (Gwen) and Bobby Gaskin, all of Maben, MS; daughters, Betty Brown of Starkville, MS and Shirley Biggers of Eupora, MS; sisters, Hazel Avant and Nince Avant, both of Eupora, MS; eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, MS, with the graveside service following at Monte Vista Cemetery in Clarkson.
